Guidelines for our lending library (with updates to these as needs arise):

Guild Members may check out materials, free of charge, for one month, returnable at the next guild meeting. Fill out info card in book and leave in file box, or give to VP Andrea.  Magazines are now loaned out on the "Honors System", no cards to fill out for magazines.  Please borrow or exchange what you need and return when possible, or replace with another magazine. 

If materials cannot be returned at the next month's meeting, please contact Andrea to make return arrangements.

If materials are not returned to the Guild Library after a reasonable amount of time (to be determined by guild board), a replacement fee may be imposed by the guild.

All materials become the property of Cultured Purls Knitting Guild. Should the library or guild be dissolved, materials may be returned to original donator, but may also be donated to other organizations, as the guild finds necessary at such time.

Also, as a guild member benefit we have a Free Pattern Exchange Box.  Please donate any patterns and pamphlets that you no longer need. These MUST be original patterns (no photocopies of copyrighted materials, please!). This bin will be open for all members to select patterns they wish to take, and bring back/contribute patterns, without having to check in/check out materials. The more donations, the more fun this exchange will be!
