Upcoming Guild Meetings
2007 Regular Meeting Topics (subject to change as needs arise)
2nd Tuesdays at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, corner of 1st St and Three Oaks Rd, Cary 6:30 (help time), 7 - 9 pm Meeting time
March: Two color knitting using a chart taught by Marie
Homework: Cast on 29 stitches and knit two rows. Bring two colors of yarn in the same weight.
April: Yoga for Knitting, taught by Nan
May: 3rd Annual Auction-Bag it & Tag it!: What fun we have!! If you have any yarn, knitting books or magazines, needles, etc. that you no longer want or use bring them to sell. The items have to be put in separate baggies with your full name on the baggie and your minimum bid (price you want). Each member that comes signs in and gets a "bid" number. At the end of the auction the money is divided up to what you bought and what you sold. It is so much fun!! Any questions e-mail Karen or Peggy.
June: Mitered Heart Sachet, taught by Susan K. Bring fingering weight yarn and size 1 needles for sachet sized project.
July: No meeting (conflict with church schedule)
August: Knit Pleats, taught by Janet C. Supply list and homework to come!
September: Cables, taught by Helga B.
October: Lace, taught by Helga and Mary
November: Finishing and Fashion Show. Nomination of officers and board for 2009.
December: Holiday party. Election of officers and board for 2009.

Third Wednesdays Daytime Knit & Chat Meetings For those who wish to get together during the day, come visit the informal knit and chat days on the third Wednesdays, from 12 noon to ?, at the Borders Bookstore Cafe in Crystal Lake.
